We have entered these awards for a number of years now. It has allowed us to be inspired by best-in-class companies and we are delighted to have won Sustainability Team of the Year this year and to see our efforts recognised on such a distinguished platform.

It’s important to honour hard work and endeavour, and creativity, so the competition is good because it makes it special, makes it prized, makes it a real reward for the hard work that is going on.

We were shocked and delighted and it’s just such an honour because I think the group we were shortlisted with were really topnotch so that just made the win even more special.

Being part of the Green Awards is an excellent opportunity to showcase our sustainability commitments and share ideas with others. We have put ESG and sustainability at the heart of our strategy and will be striving to return next year.

BAM is delighted about our success at the Green Awards 2023 in the Construction category. It’s a very positive reflection on the many people in BAM and across the shortlisted businesses who are bringing this to life every day. When it comes to addressing the climate adaption challenges faced by society, Construction and Infrastructure can justifiably claim to be the industry of the future.
